All right.....I finally got a video filmed and posted on my blog. Please check it out and let me know what you think. Go easy....it is my first attempt at a tutorial. I am open to advice though.
Great job on your first video tutorial and the little bookmard was so cute!!
Here is a video I made on converting your stamps to the static cling foam. It is my second video that I have done. Would love to know what you think - please keep in mind this is only the second video that I have made. Thanks
FYI... at the request of my BF, I made a very simple template for a T-Shirt card. I uploaded it to my gallery if anyone is interested... you guys can check it out.

You can make dew drops with hot glue and alcohol ink that look like the real thing! how to on my blog: http://thefrugalcrafter.wordpress.co...own-dew-drops/ See how close they look, here is some I made last night:
they are super quick too! just use the regular hot glue, it looks semitransparent in the stick form but since you are just using a drop it comes out clear! I'm glad you liked it.

Do they all turn out like a little cap, not completely whole if you will? And I have the same question a poster above did...how do you attach them to paper if nothing sticks to the silicon?
I've been thinking about this at work (OK, so it was SLOW at work today!). I'm thinking about the nifty colored or glitter hot glue sticks I have. And I want to try using pearl-ex on some, and maybe microbeads, even nail polish (laugh if you will, I nail polished some Easter eggs that are just GORGEOUS!!!). Whoever thought these up, I bow to your creativity. I'm gonna have a ton of fun, playing around with the idea. I will report back if anything turns out fabulously.
Please do let us know how it works with other mediums like pearl-ex. I was thinking that too, but when I saw how she made them, I wasn't sure if it would stick too well. The hot glue dries so quickly.
I have been promising my people that watch my blog that I will be posting videos on how to do quilling. I am working on the videos but I posted a simple tutorial in print to get everyone started! Hope you enjoy it and come back for more............when I do them :p
I know this may sound silly but from my years of teaching craft classes, it's REALLY easy to try to touch the hot glue and it will stick AND burn you and the same time. If you are trying to place something near it or in it, LICK YOUR FINGER FIRST with a fair amount of spit and then the glue won't stick to you. It's saved my poor fingers from many a blister!!

Oh, yeah, I remember my very first time using a hot glue gun, even before low temp glue, and I dropped a glob onto a finger, and man, I burned myself badly! I learned to always have a bowl of water close, just in case!
wow , I also feel I'm at the beginning, have done a few techniques, but not many. There are so many things to try. Thank you all, this looks like a very good thread.

thanks for sharing the choc. bar that is really cute i love it I may have to case it for kids valentine cards since we have a no candy party I think it would be fun for young kids.
