Create a Galaxy or Nebula Background
 

Watch the video below to see how I created a nebula background. You could easily make a galaxy by changing the shape. Check out images on Google for examples: look up galaxy or nebula then click the images tab. If you don't have Radiant Neon inks, you could easily do this with watercolor, it just might not be as bright.
