Default resizing an embossing folder border

I have been seeing some cards that have taken the SU tulip border embossing folder and resizing it to fit smaller spaces. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks for the video! Really helpful! I have also made some squares. 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 is done exactly as you did for your rectangle. 2 7/8 x 2 7/8 or 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 can be made by putting the cardstock in one corner of the embossing folder, again using the border as a guideline. Now turn your embossing folder so that the corner with your cardstock is pointing toward the roller. Be careful not to roll it too far in. Now turn your cardstock one quarter turn and do the next corner. Repeat a couple more times and you have a square frame. Always be sure the previous corner "snaps" in as described in the video. With just a little practice you'll be able to quickly create small square frames with ease. Probably there are additional measurements that will work.
