Default TLC762~ Acrylic Block Coloring~ {09/30/2019}

Hello and Welcome to another TLC Challenge.
I am happy to be hosting this week and I hope you will give this technique a try.

Today we will be doing some
Acrylic Block Coloring

I was intrigued the first time I saw this technique being done by our own Lydia Fiedler.
She made a great video about how to do this fun technique.
You will need an open area type of stamp and an acrylic block. It doesn't matter if your block is smaller then your image, like mine was, you can always apply the ink in sections.
She shows 3 ways to do the technique; you can choose the look you like the best.

I hope you will come and play along with us!!
Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Be sure to add the keyword TLC762 to your card so it can be added to the gallery.

The TLC762 Gallery can be found here.

Here is my card: Rose Garden

TLC762 Block Birthday

I think I spritzed mine too much - but the first time I wasn't getting much colour at all transferring to the stamped image. Fun - thank you, Karen. A nice way to spend an hour on a rainy afternoon.

A bit more difficult than expected, I think you need more water:

Heart Orange TLC762 leaf and acorn

Had fun with the acrylic block technique, adding orange to my stamped leaf which I fussy cut. Background is an inked and embossed skeleton scroll style panel, and I added an acorn embellishment. Used my oval punch for my mocha colored background for my embossed sentiment. Finished with a vertical stitched right border. Here's leaf and acorn
