This was my first shot at a challenge tonight. I needed to create a swap for my upline meeting tomorrow night. While perusing today's technique challenge (mixing dp), I saw the dahlia challenge. I knew I had to combine them. I'm going to do some more refining on this card and probably do another rendition of it later. Hope I did it right and hope you enjoy it.

OMG Michelle, this card rocks. I don't remember seeing this on your blog. It rocks!! I'm on the scout for dahlia fold ideas for my weekly tutorial. I never liked this fold, but OMG you made me fall in love with this technique!!

My first challenge.... what fun!!
I'm a newbie to SCS... but love it here already! This was a really fun challenge - I'm sure to be using this technique again. Thanks a bunch!!!
I can't post a link to my card as I must "have 3 posts" before being able to post a link.... so please feel free to see it in my gallery if you'd like.

A little late but........
I am a bit late, but was wanting to try this technique!!! On the Papertrey site, there was a free samples download of a new DP, so I decided to give this a go. I imagine I may need to consider adding a sentiment on here somewhere, once I figure out what I will use it for, I'll deal with that. Hope you enjoy my DP floral Dahlia creation!

Help! I've never seen this. It looks like the circles are folded several times. Can anyone tell me how to do this by PM.

There's a tutorial link in the first post of this thread. It's surprisingly easier than it looks!
