PLEASE remember to put TLC02 in the KEYWORD box when you upload your fabulous creation, and to come back to this thread and post the link too so we can all see it!
The next Technique Lover's Challenge will be on MONDAY! I am going to move it to Monday's so there is a little more spacing between all these challenges.
Thanks to everyone who played along last week, making TLC01 a great success. There is some really wonderful cards and great inspiration in the gallery for the Kissing Technique! It was fun.
mschoener, that's exactly what I'm thinking with the TLC....to actually do some of the techniques we have seen but have never tried before! There are so many great techniques out there, but I get in a rut or forget about 'em.
Looking forward to seeing everyone's posts!
P.S. There are LOTS of great samples out there already...try searching on Faux Postage if you need some inspiration. And yes, of course it is ok to post a link to one you have already made! We just want to see them!
I've already got the postage printed out and the template made so I should be able to get another one done without too much effort.
Here's my wish - I'm not good enough at word to do this. Beate made the template to print off the postage. Anyone good enough at word to make another template that's slightly smaller than the postage? That way we could print off that template on the window sheet and just have to cut EXACTLY on the lines instead of printing off the postage sheet and then having to measure it all out. Sure would make making a template a lot easier and quicker!!

I can't wait to get home and try this technique! I had seen it, but no idea how to do it...Actually looks pretty easy, once you've got the template cut!!!
ok, here is my first one for the week, I am going to try and make a few more too. I also have a couple more in my gallery if you feel like digging for them
I love this idea and am trying to case a graduation card that I found in the gallery but I can't figure out how to change the inside of the "stamp" to print on the top and the bottom (date on top, school initials on the bottom). I am using the Word template. TIA! [/u]
I have some in my gallery also, but I will make some more since I've gotten a few new stamps in the past couple of monthsand because the postage is now outdated! Cdn postage is now 50 cents!!! Yikes!
Here is mine that I already have in my gallery. (have one more in there too) Will be uploading my newest one tomorrow as the site is slow for me tonight.
Ok, I did mine! I am not thrilled with it, but it is for a child in surgery, so I tried to make it cutsy. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Still pending as of 12:00am  I gotta go to bed...
Here is a link to my gallery which I meant to send...it has 3 or 4 faux postage cards. My main problem with faux postage is that you need tiny tiny stamps! But now when I see a little stamp, I go....."Wow....I could use that one for fp!"
OK - what a great opportunity to try something new - a lot of work making the template - hope it was worth it!! I had to rush out to buy postage stamp scissors (could only get in a set of 6!) and a craft knife Let me know what you think:
