Default Yet another Flower Soft question!

I tried my new Flower Soft today and it is such a FUN product! I have the following colours: Heather, Ivory, Shamrock, Pale Green and Lilac. I want to buy a few more colours, but really cant decide what to buy. Here are my thoughts. What do you gals think?

Pink - for sprinkling on pigs (I have lots of pig stamps, love them)
Yellow - for sprinkling on ducks
Brown - sprinkling on cows, horses

Any other ideas? What are your most loved colours? I just cant decide!

I'm new to flower soft, and find that I'm better with the mixed colors, such as Spring.
When I tried the more solid images on flowers with one color, I couldn't get the look I wanted. With the Spring, I can color in small flowers and put small dots of glue, then sprinkle. On the ones I've tried so far, less looks better than more.

I like the baby blue and the delphine blue, I also like violet which you could mix a little with the pink and come up with your own color combo. I guess it all depends on what you would be using it for the most. This stuff is addicting and so fun to play with.

From my blog:
An idea hit me today. Surely someone else has tried this too. I picked up some Ivory Flower Soft today. I would love to get more colors, but the price adds up so quickly. Then it occured to me to try to custom color it. Guess what? It works! I put some of the Ivory in a small container with a few drops of different alcohol based ink refills. I used Copic ink, Papertrey Pallette ink, and Tim Holtz Alcohol ink. All if them had nice coverage. And now I have colors that match my projects!

If you have a few friends - order more colors and split them. They'll be plenty to go around and then you'd have a nice sampling of them!

Someone just posted the SAME thing on the PTI forum. She used copic refills, palette refills, and some alcohol ink. Worked well for her.

I use brown and pink for cupcakes as well. You really can't go wrong whatever you decide. The mulitcolors are really fun as well. I made a card using it for a scarf. I love it!

Copic airbrushing works well to color the Ivory Flower Soft, too! ;)

I colored mine with dye reinkers and it worked great. Took a bit to dry, I'll try alcohol ink next.

I mixed some of the colors I made after it dried. One great combination for flowers is Pixie Pink, YoYo Yellow, and Only Orange. I called this mix Lantana because it looks like my Dallas Lanata bush.
