Does anyone have a problem with this product besides me? I wasted two cartridges already because the product is sticking inside and not coming out. The idea is good but I'm not so sure I'm going to continue to use it. I might just chalk it up as a learning experience. The little one works great but this larger one is a pain.

I have had mine for several years and haven't had any problems. Don't use it as often as the narrower tape that I don't have the 'X' casing for.

Sorry it is not cooperating for you since the cartridges are pricey.

I have recently seen several comments online that Xyron really backs up their products. Have you contacted them?

I have also had mine for years with no problems. It looks like you may have defective cartridges. Have you called the company?

I have had pretty good success every time I have used mine. No problems so far.

I have Xyron's 900, 850, 510 (I think it is) and the little x shaped sticker maker. The 850 is the only one I've ever had problems with and it has the old style of refills rather than the newer drop in cartridges. That and the fact that it did not accept an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper without trimming off just a little bit were the reasons I purchased the 900. I also think you should contact the company.
