Default Where to buy letterpress paper?

It is my understanding that Letterpress paper is softer and thus it embosses better. I want to try using letterpress paper with my Spellbinders Impressibilities, but I don't know where to buy it
Thanks .

It is softer and makes a big difference. You can buy some directly from Crane, either large sheets you cut yourself or some pre-cut along with envelopes, or you can buy pre-cut smaller packages that are branded for the Epic 6 at Hobby Lobby. HTH - those are the two places I've gotten it.

Thanks I will try Hobby Lobby. Does the ink absorb better on the Letter Press paper?

The Crane has a slightly smoother finish than the Epic 6 paper, but they both stamp beautifully and there's just a small difference.

I bought it direct from them - I'm not sure where else you'd get it.

Here's some of their selection: http://search.crane.com/?search=letterpress

Oh yes it's lovely with embossing folders and with Spellbinders impressabilities.

I bought the 8.5 x 11 sheets so I could cut them.

Like everything Crane makes, its just so beautiful you want to hug it

I used to use their stationery before I was a stamper and I have always loved their stuff.

also Rives BFK works great for letterpress. It comes in 22x30" sheets for about $3 a sheet, try blick art materails or cheap joe's online

This may be a stupid question but what is a letterpress? I have seen them in spotlight but never actually looked further
