Default What Is Cardstock Vellum Intended For?

I am hoping someone can tell me what cardstock weight vellum is intended for?

Can you heat emboss on it?

It really doesn't seem heavy enough to make an actual card but it does seem like a good weight for envelopes.

Any advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

I love cardstock vellum and won't buy the paper vellum anymore.

The cardstock vellum is heavier and so it doesn't warp as much as the paper vellum when you heat emboss (in answer to your question). I use it for layering, for boxes, for lamp shades, votives, ... anything really.

It also holds up better for dry embossing.
