I want to thank Marcie at www.ucutathome.com for fantastic customer service!! I placed an order in February for a complete set of Circle Nesties and then accidentally ordered them again in March. I meant to order the Ovals one of the months. I just realized my mistake and called Marcie. She changed the order for me while I was on the phone with her!! She didn't have to, it was my mistake. But she is such a fantastic person that she made the change for me! That is GREAT customer service in my book. Now I just have to be patient and wait for my nesties.
I agree with you. I think Marcie does a wonderful job!!!!! I've been fortunate and haven't had to wait on any of my orders and the last 2 that I had, I called and spoke with her directly. She even remembered me from a previous order :-)
I know she's swamped and she's not a huge store with tons of employees and she is working as quickly as she can.
I will definitely continue to order from her and think she's got wonderful customer service.

I have supported, defended and praised Marcie on other threads so I will just simply say... MARCIE SO TOTALLY ROCKS!!!!!!!! Keep it up girl we love you!
I'd rather order from a smaller entity that gives good customer service like she does. Sometimes I think her job must be thankless because people don't understand it's not her fault when backordered stuff doesn't come in at the anticipated date.

When I called her to see if I could change my order, the first thing I said was I was not complaining at all about the shipping time. She seemed quite a bit relieved. While I can understand why some people might get frustrated about the wait, we all need to understand that it is NOT Marcie's fault. I appreciate that she lets me place an order, even though she is out of stock. That way I can hold my place in line! I would probably never be able to get all the ones I have if I had to stalk a site waiting for them to come in. And seriously, the discount is so nice!!
Yup! Another totally satisfied customer! I ordered in February and when the order shipped, I was accidently charged twice. I emailed and she reversed the overcharge immediately.
I am very satisfied with the customer service as well. I placed an order for the oval set, but then when I found out that the long rectangles were released, I sent her an e-mail requesting a switch even though I told her I didn't expect her to do it since it was my own fault. She went ahead and switched my order. Thanks Marcie!
Woohoo. I received my very first order (March) of nesties from ucutathome. I am so excited. It certainly was worth waiting for, knowing I was saving so much money buying from Marcie. She has awesome service. Now, I just need to wait until May 1 to order my next set. Patience....patience.....patience...
I have a question...Has anyone here ordered the full set? I just got mine this week and I ordered the set of 4 retangles. What is the purpose of the set of 4? They look only to be about 1/8 of inch different between the small and large. I thinking of spliting this with a friend but I want to understand how they work. This is my first set. Thanks
