Default Which type of EZ Mount do you use?

I'm in need of some EZ Mount, but would like to know what kind you use? I see there is the EZ mount thin and then the original. I'm looking to take some of my SU alphabet sets and unmount them...I was thinking the EZ mount thin would work best for these.

But what about stamps like the Bellas, etc? Do you mount them onto the thin or the original? Does it really make a difference?

I'm looking to place my order for the EZ mount soon, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I use the original EZMount with the gray backing. that way I can index stamp them with Stazon. the thin is black. I bought 2 sheets of the black and still have 1.5 sheets left when I realized I couldn't index them.

I use the regular ez mount also because my lss carries it. I've also heard of some people who said that the thin ez mount adhesive isn't as sticky and some of their stamps have separated from the ez mount. It took me long enough to unmount my stamps once, I didn't want to do it twice!

I use both. I use the thin EZ mount for phrase stamps. I've indexed with white Stazon ink. I like the standard EZ mount for image stamps. The thin stuff is good for phrases because it's easier to NOT wobble when stamping.

I use the original. My friend came over with the thin and we hated it so much we ripped it off of her Bellas and then replaced it with the regular.

I use the original on most things.

I tried out using my Bellas without foam, per Em's recommendation, and they worked beautifully, so I won't be adding foam to them. The rubber base of a Bella stamp is so thick it provides its own cushion. I just put a piece of double-stick tape on the back and stamp away.

It sounds like most seem to like the original better than the thin. I didn't know the thin mount was black! Thanks for mentioning that.
