I bought mine from Amazon...love them! All work great, no dried out. I noticed when I got them that the caps were not completely down on them, so just went through all of them pushing caps on all the way.
Oozak is another place to get them at a good price. I'm so very glad I have these markers, they are super fun to watercolor with!!!
I bought mine from Amazon over a year ago. Like using them directly on the rubber stamp than spritzing the stamp before I stamp the image onto cardstock. Mine are still going strong and I live in a fairly dry climate.
I've had mine since they came out and the brush point is still juicy but IMHO the colors are dull. I can't recommend them and when mine are gone I won't replace them.
I buy with coupons at Michaels or Hobby Lobby or Joann's. It does say on the package to be sure to click all the way closed, so there is none of the black band visible. That would make a difference in drying up. I like the muted colors, and especially use the white one A LOT!
I don't have any DI markers..have been on the fence for a long time. I don't stamp that often and am afraid I would never use them enough to justify the price. Do you all just use them in card making or do you use them for other projects as well?
For those having problems with the markers being dried out..contact Ranger. They have wonderful customer service and I am sure would love to have the opportunity to make a customer happy.
Mine are dried out too. I'm very disappointed in them
I have some of every brand of marker there is and have had MANY all dried out when I bought them, no matter the brand. HOWEVER, some that are NOT dry yet are at least ten years old. The same can be said for ink pads. I would give alot to buy a Versafine Onyx pad that is not almost dry .....my mission for this week, since the reinker is too watery to be useful.
I bought the "Ink Refresher" product but so far it has not worked well enough to accomplish any task but touching-up a stamped image that is almost perfect already. Seems like when a marker or an ink pad dries out, it really is forever gone.
Bottomline, this hobby peaked several years ago, so any stores' stock is getting old. I've long thought inks and adhesives in any form should be labeled with expiration dates. They do deteriorate relatively fast.
