Default Sure Cuts A lot or Make The Cut

Does anyone have Make the Cut? I know it is by the same company and I was wondering if anyone likes one over the other or knows what the differences are between the two.

AFAIK it's 2 totally seperate companies. I've used scal since it first came out and love the ease of use. I havent tried mtc since several upgrades ago, I wasnt as happy with how svgs & jpgs imported so stayed with scal.

It's two separate companies; I have MTC and love it! I have not tried SCAL, so I wouldn't be able to tell you the differences. But Im sure someone will
be by to chime it! : )

Default Make the Cut vs. SCAL

I love Make the Cut (always free upgrades) vs. SCAL (latest update is out but about $25).

I have used both and prefer MTC hands down. Much easier to use and I found that the shapes were more accurate than they were from SCAL.

I've only used SCAL as I am on a MAC. I'm happy with it. I've also updated numerous times and have never been charged, nor saw that there was a charge to update.

Have fun!
