Default SU honeycomb Embossing folder

Does anyone know if there is a co-ordinating punch to cut out the hexagon squares. I have seen so many cards using the folder, and cut outs of pattern paper on the hexagon. I have searched the SU cattys, and don't seem to see one. Or all these just hand cut?

There was a discussion a couple of weeks ago. Here is the thread. hexagon punch? by LidaB at Splitcoaststampers.

Start looking at post 43 and higher where we talk about finding a die that would cut multiple hexagons at once. My Favorite Things has one that will work perfectly!

Just to let you know even the smallest Fiskars (medium) is too large for the SU honeycomb embossing folder.

I have the MFT trio die-the smallest hexagon will fit inside the Cuttlebug honeycomb and the medium hexagon will fit inside the SU honeycomb.

Although I don't have the SU! version I do have the Cuttlebug one. Personally although I like the look of the SU! version, the Cuttlebug one works out better for me monetarily and has a similar look IMO.

I believe that the one Spellbinders Nestabilites Hexagons fit really closely with the Cuttlebug EF.

Good luck with finding the best solution for you.

I just bought the hexagon die plate & their mini hexagon stamp set...waiting for it to arrive next week! Can't wait to play with it, Nichole has a great video on ways to use it.
