Default Stickles?

I bought gold and copper stickles today. How do you use it on your cards? Is there any other color that is really useful? I didn't know where to start.

I use the crystal "color" a lot. It allows the color underneath to show, but gives it some sparkle.

I use Stickles anywhere I want a little extra sparkle. I use it on the fairies from Fairy Nice, or on any kind of candle or star image. It looks pretty on flower centers, and as a highlight on words.

I have yellow (mainly for flowers) and crystal and icicle. As the above posted mentioned, the "non" colors let underlying colors show thru and is more versatile, IMO. But they're all great! Buy the colors you love and use a lot, and you'll find a way to use them!

Oh my gosh. Stickles are my all-time favorite craft item. I have about 13 colors and I love them all. The best ones are the clear ones. Crystal is good. Frosted Lace is a little thicker. Gold and silver are very useful. I love using them in the center of stamped flowers or lightly around the inside of petals. One trick is to hold it straight up (90 degree angle) and actually run it along the paper. If you hold it off the paper you'll get a thicker line which is fine, but it takes a while to dry. If you run it along the paper, it dries really fast. I use it for everything. One thing to note ... it can clog. I just stick something THIN in to open it up, like a skinny needle. Don't use anything wide... it will stretch the opening and make it impossible to get a thin line. Trust me, I know from experience!

ENJOY.. they're AWESOME!

Here's a card I made for VSN using yellow stickles as the center for my primas; really sparkly in real life!

I love love love stickles!
I use diamond dust all the time. Its a fine irrdecent. The Crystal has a greenish tinge but the diamond dust is more multi-coloured glittery..
