Back in November I sat on the floor in my local art supply store and attempted to match the Prismacolor markers to my SU colors. Some of my color choices are different from yours but that could be lighting and/or dye lot differences. Who knows? I then put it all in a chart by SU color familes. I have a column for SU ink, a column for Prismacolor pencils and a 3rd column for the Prismacolor markers. Fell free to make changes based on your own color preferences.
I have been struggling lately with deciding to buy a new marker set.
I am deciding between the Prismas and the SU markers.
Can someone tell me if I can color on my stamps - I have both acrylic & red rubber - with the prismas?
This is important to me cause its a technique I really like.
Prismas are alcohol inks so I doubt if coloring on the rubber would work. SU markers are water based inks and do Direct to Rubber beautifully. If you can use alcolhol markers Direct To Rubber I hope someone lets us know. I'm not willing to risk my stamps to experiment.

Awesome list! Thanks for adding it! It can give other the choices just in case one is off and what not! Tag Team! LOL!

No...do not use alcohol markers on the rubber or acrylics. Waterbased markers are the best for that.

No...let's not experiement! Let others do that for us! LOL!
I printed the list out on white cardstock then stamped and colored in all the squares so I can pick and choose the colors I want from the samples. It works really well when trying to match colors to printed papers.
Actually you CAN use alcohol markers directly on the stamps. You just have to presoak the paper with the colorless blender first, because it dries so fast. It then cleans right off the stamp, like Stazon. No problemo!

I would just add to test a stamp first. I tried my Prismas on a red rubber stamp and I couldn't get it clean with anything. Even the Staz-On cleaner! You know the warning on almost every cleaning product that says "test in a small area first?" well, in this case it applies to the ink rather than the cleaner!
Just my 2 cents worth...

OH! And a big, huge THANK YOU to Gabby and Katie for the lists of course! I've been looking longingly up at my Prismas while stamping, thinking "I could color with those, but I'll never find the green one that perfectly matches this paper." I knew if I waited long enough one (or two!) of the wonderful stampers on this board would come up with a list...
