Well, I don't have all of my SU catalogs here with me, but of the ones I do have with me, I first see it in the 2001-2002 catalog. It coordinates with a set called Bunch of Bugs. It is not definitive proof, but the first posts in that set show up in 2002, so it is a good ballpark. HTH.
