Default Spellbinders

Just wanted to give Spellbinders a quick shout out... I emailed just a few days ago about an issue with the handle on my Wizard. Well with NO questions asked (other than which model Wizard I have) I was sent a new handle with hardware and instructions AND I received it today, less than a week from the first email! Thank you Lisa at Spellbinders for such speedy and amazing customer service!! It is the little efforts made by companies that keep customers coming back for more! Thanks again!!

Thanks for the heads up---my handle has gone wonky! Love to hear great things about companies and their customer service. WOohoo to them!!
