Default Snaps and Cropadile?

What setting do you use the Cropadile at when you are using the Making Memories Snaps? the standard size ones? I practiced on scratch cardstock and the snaps have dent each time. Also what settings do you use with your eyelets (standard size) ?

I've been using B and 2. I don't get a dent in the front, but the back isn't crimping correctly. I don't know if I just need practice or if I'm doing something wrong. I'll be interested to see what the others say.

JuliaS has a wonderful article on her blog right now about the tutorial; in it is a link to a website with great diagrams; let me see if I can find it for you! I can finally set snaps!

I haven't used it for snaps but for eyelets I put it on C 3 which is for the 1/8" size eyelets, which I assume are standard. It works great. If you have the wrong setting your eyelets will have a dent around the circle (I did that the first time) so you know you've done something wrong.

Ok I messed my eyelets up ther first couple of times too. I then realized (and haven't had any problems with them since) is that the C and the 3 are supposed to be facing eachother (so the D and the 4 are facing outward). I hope I'm explaining that right? HTH!

I wanted to share that I used the B 2 for the SNAPS and there was a definite dent in the SNAP (looks like brads) circle. I tried C 3 and the snaps looks great from the front. I'm still experimenting on which works best for the standard size on the Eyelets. Thanks for sharing your experiences!

hmmmm snaps....haven't tried snaps yet, apparently this is something else I need to investigate. I love my crop-a-dile and can't wait till the pink case is back in stock to store it and my eyelets in!!!!!
