This is the "sandwich" (stack of plates) I use to cut my Spellbinders dies. The bottom of the sandwich starts with #1, the top is #
1: Multi Purpose Platform (MPP) on tab 2 (all the way closed, no tabs opened)
2: Clear cutting plate
3. Spellbinders die with the "ridge" on the die Facing UP
4: Your cardstock or paper facing DOWN
5. Clear cutting plate
Run through Big Kick/Shot
If you want to emboss and cut, use a crease pad. The red, blue or black one will work just fine. I use the blue and like it because it is just a bit thicker. If you have the black you will need one cardstock shim (just a piece of cardstock - a half sheet)
1. MPP tab 2
2. Clear cutting plate
3. (SHIM IF YOU ARE USING BLUE CREASE PAD)
4.. Spellbinders die ridge UP
5.. Paper face DOWN
6. Crease pad
Run through machine.
