Question Sew Crafty Mini Sewing Machine

Does anyone use one of these? I have had one for years and finally took it out of the box. I am trying to use it and getting frustrated. I do have the adapter for the outlet so that part is nice. After taking 1/2 hr. threading that darn needle and getting no where I thought I would check on here. I have a full size sewing machine I use for fabric. Should I just give up with the mini and use the big one? If so, do I need any special needles to use on paper and cs? Any help and/or advice would be great!! TIA

I use my regular machine. No special needles but make sure you replace your needle before sewing fabric.

Here is the best help ever for using the Sew Mini! Go to the link below for our own GinaK's blog. Scroll down on the left to Tutorials. She has several wonderful tutorials for threading, and using the Janome Sew Mini.

A Day in the Life

Oops! Just noticed you said Sew Crafty, not Sew Mini. Maybe the tutorials will help a little anyway.
