I just came across a Rubber Stampede dye based black ink pad in the back of a drawer. Have no idea when I bought this, as I think the company is no longer in business? It says it is smear resistant. Wondering if it really is and can be used for water based markers and copics? Before I try it, would like your input. Sometimes things can take awhile to prove they do in fact bleed, so hoping to hear from those of you that have this ink.
