Default reinker use

Once in a while I note that someone paints with the reinkers. Can someone please tell me how you do this, or point me to a place where it is demonstrated?

I put a drop of ink on the inside of the inkpad (or you could use a palette...or plastic anything) and just use a blender pen or waterbrush to pick up the color.

HTH!
