OK-I was just reading recently on several blogs about people using hybrid digital kits to make cards and tags for gifts. I do not clearly understand--do you new Photoshop in order to download and use these kits? Can you change the colors of the scrapbook papers that you download? and do you need Photoshop in order to do so? Just need some clarification on using these?
