Where can I buy replacement "C" plate for Cuttlebug?
My "C" plate broke on my Cuttlebug and I've already taped it back together a few times but I am ready to buy a replacement. My local scrapbook store might be able to order one after the new year and the Provocraft website is no help.

Is there an online source for "C" plates ?
Thank you,
Barbara
Do you have Hobby Lobby by you? Or a Michaels Store?
How about a this. I did a google search and came up with these:
Thank you, I was going to google but figured I'd come here first.Did you see that the first link that came up was SCS? Too funny! I should have just searched here. :-)

I broke my "C" plate along time ago and looked and looked for a place to buy one local and finally gave up and had to order one through Joanne's! I'll never break another "C" plate again....
I broke mine yesterday. I was not worried about it because I was sure I had another one in my drawer...wrong..I have 6 new B and two new A but NO C..Yikes..quick trip to Michaels at Lunchtime should take care of the problem. I am glad we have several Michaels in the area so I should be able to get one today...I think I will buy TWO..lol
blessings.
My M's never carried the "C" plates, only the "B" and "A" plates. Now that they've redone their provo craft isle for the Gypsy, Yudo, and Cricut they cut what little Cuttlebug items they had and combined it with Slice items in this little section. They have a terrible selection.
Pawz-
I'm with you. Neither M or J in my area ever carried a 'C' plate since I've own my CB. I have 2 Js and 3 Ms that I can frequent. I bought an extra on line right after I got my CB and have been lucky to still have it. My 'C' plate has some oops marks but it is still in 1 piece. I have never had a 'B' plate break. Have replaced 2 because, even with flipping them, they became too bowed and scuffed to use.
The Ms stores that I go to seemed to be down to just 'A' & 'B' plate replacement. They have VERY few old folders left on display. J's has more but they are only the old designs.
I checked every Michaels in town yesterday...two dont carry C at all and the others were all sold out. I ended up purchasing TWO of them and some other goodies at OMC. They are shipping pretty quickly these days too..Oh..the C plates were only $7.99 each.
blessings.
ooohhh....How did you break the C plate? I would like to know so I don't go down that road!
I went to a Provocraft workshop back in June...The rep suggested when making the sandwich for the Bug.....to have the C plate at the bottom then the A then the B with the die cutting edge face up looking at you....and only the B will ever get all those cut marks on it....so essentially only the B will get wrecked.
I broke my C plate last spring and could not find one locally; my LSS promised to order one for me but I gave up after a couple of e-mails back and forth; I ended up ordering it through Amazon.com but it came from Joann's; I think it was also $7.99.

Mine broke very unexpectedly while trying to use a Sizzix thin die. It was in very like new condition so the crack really took me by surprise. Should have been using A plus two B plates. Well...I can always use my BS until the replacement plates arrive.
blessings.
