Another cutter question

Has anyone used this cutter (Marshall's Personal Paper Cutter)?

The reviews look good, but my question is, when you are cutting smaller pieces of paper (like a sentiment panel that is only 1" wide), does it have a guide at the top for making sure it is straight, or some other way of seeing that?
TIA!

I have this trimmer. I don't use it alot because I have a Genesis. There is not a "swing out guide" The straight edge at the top is what you put the paper against.
You could cut just one inch.
I liked that the "replacement" blades are regular straight edge razor blades.
I don't like that you can only cut in one direction... It is NOT like a rotary
trimmer you can't go back and forth KWIM. I hated that because I am so used to a rotary. I kept it because I like cutting chipboad and other stuff I would NEVER cut with my Genesis. Good for tough stuff cuz you just put in a new razor blade (or flip it)
and it's good as new!!
