Default Original Cricut vs Cricut Create?

I don't have room for the Expression, so it's between the Baby Bug or the Cricut Create. Does anyone have any feedback on either of those? I'm leaning toward the Create because it can cut larger sizes, but isn't as big as the Expression. Any feedback would be appreciated!

I only have the Create, but I know it has some of the same features as the Expression, which the baby bug does not have. If you have a chance, compare the key boards on each to see which features are shown on each model.

I too have the Create, and I love it. If you are a Cardmaker I think the Create is the best choice. The features are wonderful on it. I have had mine for over 2 years now and have never had a problem with it. I have lots of friends that have the Expression if I ever need to cut anything larger than what my Create will cut, which is very rarely. The portrait feature is nice too. I did get the deep cut blade for thicker material if needed. I think eventually the Baby Bug will fade out. So go for the Create. I saw the Black Create at Walmart. Ours only had one. Same machine just a different color. Have fun...it's a wonderful thing to have. Be blessed!!!

Default Create a good choice

I'm a Cricut novice, but so far I'm loving the Create. I'm basically a cardmaker, and the Create does what I need for that. Like someone else said, if I ever have need for the Expression I have friends who have one who would help me out. But so far the Create has fit the bill. I'm still totally amazed at what it will do!

I had the original bug and then it died. (Long story) So when I was getting my next machine, I went with the Create. LOVE IT!!!!! I personally have never needed to cut anything big enough to need the Expression. The Create can do all the same things the Expression can do except cut bigger than 11.5".

Get the Create. That is my humble opinion.

my friend upgraded from her baby bug to the create, and I know she enjoys the extra features. Did you know it also make smaller cuts than the baby bug? I love those tiny cuts!
I'm a Slice girl, but if I were to get another Cricut, I'd get the Create!

Can some tell me what the model numbers are for the create and the baby bug? I am having trouble figuring it out.

Judging from my experience, you'd be very happy with it. It's a great machine for a very reasonable price. And I love the fact that should I ever decide I wanted to go the Expression route, all the cartridges I currently have would still work. But so far I see o reason to buy the Expression.
