Can anyone recommend any online stores they really like for cardstock (solid and/or print) and ribbon. I ordered from an online store and I was very disappointed in the quality of the cs. It was only as heavy as notebook paper! I did read the decription carefully and they called it cardstock. I think of cardstock the weight of SU, Making Memories, Bazzill, etc.
I do love discounts, too!

A word on Gina K - their customer service is FANTASTIC. If you ever have an issue or question, they're wonderful to work with. Super nice, genuine people and a quality product. I love their pure luxury card stock. I also love their gold - it's completely different than other golds (more yellow) and works really nicely with a variety of styles.

I love both Gina K and PTI. I buy both CS and ribbon from these two stores.
I also buy from Ribbon and Bows. I like their 5/8" satin ribbon -- 5 yards for $1.20. I only get the basic colors such as white, black, brown and light pink. If I want the best matches I stick to Gina K or PTI (matching the CS to the ribbon).
As a former SU only girl, I recommend PTI if you liked SU. papertreyink.com

If you order Gina K 120lb pure luxury you will NOT be disappointed. It is the most fantastic cardstock I have ever used, and I love it. Her customer service can NOT be beat. She should offer cust. service classes to other companies, because they could learn a LOT from her and the people she works with.

The absolute best place to get good quality ribbon at super cheap prices is jkm ribbon warehouse. You get wholesale prices with a minimum purchase of $25. I don't know about you, but I can easily spend $25 on ribbon. They carry the Olfray grosgrain ribbons in Stampin' Up! colors too. I have been ordering from them for year. couple of questions on the ribbon. 1) on the ribbon warehouse, do you have to purchase 100 yards of ribbon? 2) on the papertrey ribbon is there a color chart comparison to SU colors?

If you don't want large quantities of ribbon, you might want to look at Taylored Expressions. She sells ribbon mostly in 2 yard cuts. She also has Primatics solid cardstocks, but I don't know if that will continue since Bazzil bought Prismatics.
No, at JKM Ribbon Warehouse, they have smaller quantity rolls of ribbon. You need to look through the listings. I think most ribbons you can buy in 25 yard spools and some in 10 yard spools.
She has Memory Box cardstock - great colors that blend with everything
the cardstock is colored on one side white on the other, so the inside of
my card is always crisp. It is a really good weight, it doesn't "break" (there
is probably a better word) when you score and fold it.
She also has Neenah (and much more of everything).
