Is this making memories paper only available online? Does Micheals or Hobby Lobby sell this? Also, who makes SEI? They have adorable new lines and I didn't want to have to buy them online if I didn't have to. Thanks.

If you have a local scrap store near you, try there first. They are more likely to carry both Noteworthy and SEI products. (I believe SEI is it's own company.) A local store may also be able to order things for you even if they don't carry the lines you're looking for. Good luck!
I checked my Target tonight and their whole scrapbooking section was almost gone.... I will check the other Target then. Do you mind me asking what state you found it? I live in Illinois, right by Iowa along the Mississippi. We have 2 "super" Targets, but the Iowa one was empty.
