Ok it only wants to cut out 5 of about 30 letters. I did the homing thing. Switched out blades, changed the height of the blade housing, went through the computer calibration thing where you put the cutting mode, the speed, etc. I still can't get it to cut. My 1st one wouldn't hold the card after about 20 mins. use. Now this one is doing the same thing. I am cutting the iron on vinyl on the 12x12 magnetized mat etc. so forth. The company is not in on Saturday they are only about 45 mins. away from my home but even with the first they would not troubleshoot on the phone, they wanted me to mail it in then charge me $20 to troubleshoot it then if it is unfixable, rather than send it back (I paid postage to their place) they said they would put the $20 bucks toward a new machine which is about $80 for a refurbished one. Now again UGH

I think where I goofed was the computer calibration, where you change the level and the backlashed rotation wise and radial wise and the level ABCDEF and on and on and on. These are not mentioned in any of the internet reads, so again if there is a Slice guru out there that can help, well-- I will officially claim you as my Hero. Going to bed it's now 3:15 a.m. Yikes! gotta tend the new grandson tomorrow at noon. Good-night all you nite owls.
