Marianne star circle die
I cannot get the Marianne circle die that has stars around the inside of the circle to cut regular cardstock . I've tried many different sandwiches in my Big Shot, rotated it, used a metal plate, shims, nothing will cut out the small shapes around the stars. It will only cut thin printer paper. Any suggestions of what I could try?
Also the die does not release the tiny shapes without my having to scrap them out. It's very frustrating.
You ideas would be appreciated. Thank you
