Lunch Tins, CHEEEEEP!
So I got the Provo Craft tins this morning from this site. After tax and shipping they came to about $3.30 a tin! Even using a Michael's coupon they are $4.70 before tax. Anyway, just wanted the share!
The site is totally slow and wonky, but I got through it eventually!

That's where I got mine a couple of months ago. They have been very nice to work with...prompt, communicative and courteous. I'd definitely do business with them again.
That said, I DID find some at Michael's that had been mismarked as being on clearance for $3 each. I took some up to the front and just asked what the price was, since I was pretty sure the $3 was wrong. They were nice enough to OFFER to give them to me at that price, even though that really was the wrong price.

Provo Craft is coming out with a mini version of this lunch box--the top opening one!!! It is SO SO CUTE!!!! I wonder if they have it up for purchase on their retail site (Creative Xpress) yet . .
I'm wasting away just waiting for them to get the new coming Coluzzle templates up there!!!! They are to DIE for!!!! AUGH!!! The agony of impatience!

I just went and dug out the promo literature on it. They list the dimensions as:
5.5 x 2.75 x 4.25" , am assuming 2.75 is the depth on this mini one?
The regular size one is listed as 7 x 5.25 x 4" , and I assume 4" is the depth on the regular size one?
I don't have one to measuure.
If that is the case, then the mini one may not be able to hold A-2 cards . . . Still, it is a CUTE li'l thing!!
And, the BANDAID size one is ADORABLE!!! has a little handle on it, too!!!!
They also have listed a "large" top loading tiin, measuring 8 x 6.5 x 4", and 4" has to be the depth on that one.

Julie,
They sound very cute. Are these something that are new and will be available later? Cute and adorable usually means I have to have it. I will keep watching.

Emily,
Did they give you an option to buy more then 8? It surprised me when the numbers only went up to 6. You had better get yours. You found it first.

They are new and "coming soon". I spotted them at CHA in early February. Unfortunately, it will be some months before it appears on retail shelves. I'm hoping for May, but it often takes longer than that even . . .
I am *quite* impatient, I'm afraid . . .

I also ordered last night and mine went through also. I ordered 6 and can't wait. I've never done one yet. Is there a template for these?????????????
Thought they would be a cute addition for mothers day. I'm new to this site this month and just getting started.
Also I noticed at the bottom of alot of these threads it says VIEW MY GALLERY and if you click on it it takes you right to it. How do you set that up so I can do that for mine??????????????? I am very computer illiterate!!!
Hopefully someone can help
Thanks for all the advice, tips, and great places to get sale stuff...

I'm bummed-it says now that they're out of stock. Geeesh, that's what happened to me on the cheep envelopes, too! A day late and a dollar short
Also, it says the dimensions are 6.75 x 5 x 4. Are you fitting your cards in these??

I just ordered 8 of them. When I tried to order them yesterday they said that they were out of stock. Keep trying. The cost was just $2.50 each. What a great deal. Shipping was $5.95.

Got it--nevermind!
Ok Ok... I gotta ask. How is everyone doing all this cool stuff with their signatures? How do you change the colors? And how do you make your gallery link look like "My Gallery" or other stuff ?
Is there a program I need? Or some secret button I can't find? HMMM?
C'mon---spill the beans!!!
[email protected]@k! I did it <it's the small things that make me happy>

I can only answer about font and color. When you post on a thread, above where you type it has all the extras. It says FONT, SIZES, and where you see an "A", click on the arrow next to them and it shows all the fonts, sizes and colors.
I'm not sure about the gallery since I have never done that yet.
To get to my page, I always go to the home page, click on new member, and it brings up that I am already a member but if I wanted to change anything. I click that and it brings me to my page so I can change info, etc. On the left column there are spots to click on and one is the SIGNATURE. There you can add things and they will show up on your post each time. If there is an easier way, I hope someone will let us know.
Hope this helps.

Here's a link to the shorter tins already in stock at a Lynnwood scrapbook store -- they were on the website last week, and I posted, but I don't think anyone really looked at them. They're down to about a half a dozen at the store.
