Depends on the kind of sky and I rarely use just one ink.

Stormy sky

Basic Grey
Night of Navy
Bashful Blue
Marina Mist

Blue sky

Bashful blue
Whisper White

If I do a beach scene I add some Tempting Turq. so it looks good with the ocean

I like tempting turquoise because it makes the sky bright and cheery.

If you still have the old in colors, soft sky makes a gorgeous sky.

I never liked soft sky for a sky colour ... it always seemed too green for me ... I usually use bashful blue also. Sometimes I use pacific point if I want something a little darker.
