Default Lollipop die?

Hi,
I'm looking to make these lollipop invites for a special event. I saw these and it looks like they used a cricut die possibly. If anyone can help that would be wonderful. Thanks

Looks like the Martha Stewart peppermint punch to me. Laura Denison at followingthepapertrail.blogspot.com uses that punch a lot on her Christmas minis. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I should add that I think they are about 5 inches tall? Thanks for the help. I will look into the punches just to see what I find, thanks shelly
