Default Lets talk about slimline products

Ok...well now that the industry has committed to it....

What products are you getting and liking?

So far all I have gotten is the Gina Marie plain nesting set that just came back in again. (They have an embossing frame set-so just be careful you don't get that one by accident-it is a raised edge).

But I just found out Brutus Monroe has stencils for slimline along with paper pads....and some companies have made stamps specifically for slimline.

Kittie747 made some very pretty cards with a three square hole die and I am seeing other nice ones in the gallery. I find that to be a good way to help me decide what I want to buy in product-to see how people are using them-more examples than just what the company shows. <>

There are a LOT of die cut options now. Stripes, holes, windows, etc.

Is there something you would wish to see and have not yet?

Kat Scrapiness has slimline dies, I've gotten a few.

Wonder if there will be combo stamps for standard and slimline...kind of like layering only you would line them up so they could accommodate slimline...

That's an interesting idea!

Creative expression has some pretty ornament stamps for the slim line. In that case the samples included cutting it down and only using part of it for an A2.

This is the one I want to get-they did the cut down on the other one-which is horizontal.

I am also seeing dies coming out of hills, grass...and scenes that will work for slimlines from different companies.

Ooops. I didnt realize Leslie's slimline chat in the general had shifted over to actual products, as it started out as just the idea of the size. Sorry! I wasnt trying to hijack. Back over to that thread!!
