I wonder how this compares to other chamois cleaning cloths. I know this one isn't available yet, but she had me at "no lint".
I was considering dropping this into my Amazon cart: http://www.amazon.com/Best-Super-Shammy-Chamois-Pack/dp/B018RYFYN8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1455492700&sr=8-3&keywords=best+super+shammy
I have no idea what the price point is for the Lawn Fawn version, but these seem kind of reasonable. Anyone?
Well, unless someone from the Lawn Fawn team comes on, probably no one here knows yet... but my suspicion is that it isn't a whole lot different from other shammies on the market. I know some people have been using one from the automotive department at WalMart for a while, and I think all the people I've seen try it also like it.
This one is just a pretty color and convenient shape with a logo, which will induce a lot of people to buy it. (No judgment there... because I probably will buy it for that reason.)
FYI, though, your link isn't working for me. (Amazon says it's "not a functioning page.")
Meijer sells the chamois in the automotive section as well. It is called the absorber, and from what I saw of the lawn fawn one, they look the same. I use the absorber and I really like it. It is huge, so I cut in up into squares to fit into my sandwich container and I get at leat 8 to 10 squares. It now comes in different colors, I just bought a really cool blue color. It is about $10 I think. Just be careful, I rubbed one of my clear stamps a little too hard and wore it down a bit.
I actually use a microfiber (no lint) dish cloth from Walmart for a stamp shammy. I find I rarely use it on my actual stamps but use it every time after cleaning my acrylic blocks to dry them.
I clean my acrylic blocks every time I remove a stamp so the cling side of my stamps stay clean. (I get a kick out of how dirty some acrylic blocks are when I watch videos on YouTube!)
The cloth I bought I cut in half so I always have a clean cloth.
I've been using the Absorber for a few months now and love it. I haven't been able to make myself cut it in smaller pieces so I fold it in a shape that fits on a dinner plate. I can't imagine how much pressure you'd have to rub a stamp on it to damage it as was experienced by another poster. I'd have to hazard a guess that the stamp itself was faulty.

I don't think the one you've linked to is exactly like the one from Lawn Fawn, but maybe Lydia will chime in since she saw it at CHA. I think it is more like the Absorber, which I have and love! Mine is, I think, 18" X 27", I got it at Wal-Mart in the automotive section. It was $10.00.I got it after watching a YouTube video by Laura Bassen. It's one of her top five favorite things in her stamp studio.
It cleans wonderfully, and leaves NO LINT!
