Joann's site down?

I've been looking to order some items from the Joann's website. Since yesterday, I've been unable to get onto the online shop, anyone have any idea when it will be back up again, thanks, May

I called their customer service number and they didn't know when it would be up again or if they will honor the deal they have going on now.

Thanks for that, I'm in the UK and wanted to order whilst on holiday.
Has anyone ordered goods from them to be delivered to a hotel (I'm from the UK and wanted to stock up whilst on holiday) I sent a message to the customer services asking this, but they just sent a reply saying the site was down so no orders!

J's always goes down when they have a sale. Then CS will tell u they won't honor the sale price if the site's not back up before the end of the sale. Also, you won't know if they're out of something till you open your box. It just won't be in there. They won't charge you for it, but they don't reduce the shipping, either.

Somewhere else will have products for a better price than J. I don't even bother with them anymore. Their only use to me is to take their ad to M's for a price match.

That's sad - I'd think someone at Joann's would be looking to ax the web provider for failure to provide 24/7 access.

I finally got on and placed my order. They had some cuttlebug embossing folders I can't find any longer so I wanted them Other than that, I usually go to Hobby Lobby for my supplies.
