Question Ink pad dilemma

Can someone tell me where I can find a list of the different types of ink pads and there uses. I stamped an image with Versafine then used my tombows and it started to pick up the black. Thanks

The versafine should not smudge if given sufficient time to dry. If you are impatient like me =) you can heat set the ink before using your tombows on them. I have had no problems with smudging.
