I just ordered all the SU grosgrain ribbons -yep every color! I'm feeling slightly guilty so make me feel better ;)
Why would you fell guity.. We need ribbon in a rainbow of colors so we have them on hand when we need. them... RIGHT... That's what I tell myself anyway:p

Oooh, yummy ribbon! You naturally need every color! How else will you express the creativity inside you???? An artist needs the very best tools! Would you want your cards to be limited by what ribbons you had???? Of course not!
I bought all of them at once last year, and I felt a twinge of guilt, too. Until I had them in my hot little hands, that is. Then it was just pure glee! So hold on until they arrive and you'll be fine!
Just think of how much it would have cost to buy it elsewhere? I mean, who can find 25 yds for 5.95 that PERFECTLY match the SU Colors? (Besides Jody...LOL)

Oh Please, don't feel guilty!! I am slowly(well slower than you) getting all the ribbons and I can't wait to have them all. You have just speeded up your joy and satisfaction in a job well done!!!
No reason to feel guilty. Think about it, what other vises do you have besides SU? LOL, no don't feel guilty. You should see my stash of American Craft ribbon.
Your title cracked me up. I work with chronically severly mentally ill and everyday this little older lady comes into my office and stands there. She finally says "I have guilt and I'm giving other people guilt". Her whole tone of voice is like it's a giant crisis and I should get up and do something about it. I always just say "OK". But that's what it made me think of.
Not that I'm making fun of her in case that's what anybody thought. I just love the way her voice sounds when she says it.

Hm, now I feel guilty for buying clothes instead of all the SU ribbons! See, I could wear the same outfit everyday, but my cards can't go naked! Feel better? I think you made a great decision!
I had to have them all, and they last a really long time. I printed the cute little inventory cards from the SU Demo site and could not wait to tie-on every color of grosgrain, twine, gingham and organdy ribbon - plus the 3 colors of metallic cord. There is no spot on a card for the Twill Tape - but I have that, too!
I don't feel a bit guilty! In fact, I sometimes even let my cutomers use it for class projects...

After reading all the posts I'm starting to feel guilty for NOT having them ALL :rolleyes:
Better start saving to get them, huh? I just ordered the remaining classic ink pad color families that I didn't have. I don't use much Bold Brights or Soft Subtles but I guess I'll start.

Here is the real question...how much money have you spent on things for your DH and kids they never or rarely used? Do you feel guilty about that money? NEVER!! Don't feel guilty about splurging a little on yourself...you are awesome and you deserve it! Good for you! And I agree with others, if you just can't overcome your guilt I would be more than willing to take your ribbon and the guilt that goes with it!!

Here's a good reason: I don't have much ribbon, so sometimes if I think I want to use ribbon I need to make the item based on the ribbon I do have! You won't have THAT problem! No guilt!!
