Default How to use long sizzlits dies with cuttlebug?

Hi

This is a question I am asking myself for a long time. I own a cuttlebug and would like to use the long sizzlits with it. If I would have the Big Shot I would need to use the long extended spacer plate but this does not exist in the cuttlebug world so I am wondering what I can do?

You can either use two cuttlebug plates end-to-end or buy the big shot plates and shave off 1/8-1/4 inch off one side.

It's the Bigz XL plates that don't fit -- the decorative strip plates are only 2" wide.

I assume the "long Sizzlits" are the Decorative Strips and, yes, they are only 2 or so inches wide. Buy the Sizzix Decorative Strip Extended Spacer Platform and the Sizzix Decorative Strip 13" Cutting Pads (they come in as a pair, but you only need one for the top) and you're in business.

Hi

I did not know these would fit in the cuttlebug in terms of tickness. do you know what would be the sandwich order?

THanks in advance

Creation Scrapbook....When using the proper extended platform and extended cutting pads the sandwich would be the same as with using any other sizzlet die.
