Help -have a Scor-Pal, do I need a Scor-It!
Hi Everyone,
I have a Scor-Pal and love it, but after seeing a review on Indigo Inklings today, I have this urge to buy a Scor-It. It is worth it or am I going scrap crazy! Need some advise. Thanks
Pat

The one with the most toys wins?
I've considered adding a scor-it to my collection, too. Yes - I have a scor-pal. They appear to be similar but different. Am I making sense?

I have both (mini Score-It). I only purchased the mini Score-It to see what it as like. I don't like it for lots of reasons.
I love the Scor-Pal ! That's the only one I use.

I have had a Score-It since they first came out several years ago. I thought I needed a Scor-Pal so bought one a couple of months ago because I wanted the Scor-Pal for making the decorative scores. I still use my Score-it for scoring my cards and other folds. I prefer the score that it makes over the Scor-Pal.

I had a mini Scor-It and gave it to a friend when I got my Scor Pal....IMHO, I prefer the Scor Pal.

I have both. Scor-it and Scor-Pal are different. I am glad to have both. Scor-it is the only scoring tool that does the hinge fold. It is the kind of fold you see with a LetterPress machine. Examples: Wedding Invitations.
I use my Scor-it the most. I do love my Scor-Pal and highly recommend it. I got the Scor-it first and I am little attached to it, lol.
Do you need the Scor-it, probably not because the Scor-Pal is so verstaile. The Scor-it is a great tool and one of my favorites. I think the Score lines do look different. You can do fancy folds with the Scor-it. Some of the projects at the main site are mind blowing.
Here's a good review on the differences:

I love my Scor-It. I am not ruler challenged so I like that I can get any measurement I want. I don't like limitations and I felt limited with a scor pal because of the pre-marked lines. I know that is a big point for most people but it didn't work for me.

Both tools are great tools. I can't say anything bad about either tool. It's just what you prefer.
I bought the Scor-It first, the mini, and liked it right away. They have a great website and the tutorials are nice too. The scores are very professional. Top Notch.
I then got a Score-Pal, and really, really love it. The website for Score-Pal is awesome and the customer service fantastic. Their policies are wonderful! The things you can do with a Score-Pal are awesome!
I am keeping my Score-Pal, but I am giving my Scor-it to a friend who is just starting to stamp. She will love the Scor-it.
But both tools are super, nothing is wrong with either tool. You will find the tool you prefer to use and stick with it.
The post above showing the differences is a terrific one to review. Then make your decision. You will not be disappointed in your decision because it will be what you prefer.
