Question Help! 6 x 6 envie on Martha's Score board

So far; I've been quite pleased with my purchase. For the amount of times I use this tool, spending on $12 was worth it for me.

I tried out all the projects that come in the instruction book. No problems. Now I want to make a 6 x 6 envelope. The little triangle shaped thingy tells me to start with a piece of paper 10 x 10 square. Okay, cut that. But now, if I put the triangle thingy up in the corner like you do when making an A2 envelope; the 10 x 10 paper will not line up next to the angled edge.

I just don't get how to score this larger piece of paper properly given the tools that come with this board. I've never made any envelopes before so maybe my brain is just not seeing it. I know I need to score across the "points" but can't get the bigger piece of paper to fit.

HELP!! Can anyone talk me through this?

NEVERMIND!!! sheesh. I figured it out. I'm going to blame the cold medicine I'm on for being stumped earlier. I just had to line up the bottom left corner to lay flat against the triangle thingy and let the rest hang over the top ruler part.
