I saw the Evolution on HSN. It looks interesting, but I won't buy it. It's from We R Memory Keepers. Don't know that I would use the Letterpress part...but, it is interesting.
I like the idea of manual and electric (with the optional add-on). Will wait for additional reviews and videos but I think this will be the big Christmas wish for this year.
I'd have preferred a little wider but 6" x13" is fine for card making and some home decor. Need to verify those measurements but I think that is what I saw somewhere.
Looking forward to replies and reviews on this machine!
I received my Evolution! I haven't done the letterpress or cutting. But I've done embossing and love the results. I successfully embossed CTMH cardstock, which is white core, and Bazzill.
I really like that I don't have to make a sandwich...just turn a knob. The suction is good and keeps the machine secure. When folded up it's a little bigger than the cuttlebug but still compact compared to the BS. Machine is good quality IMO
i bought it...based on the fact that all you need to do is turn a dial to do what you need. i got it last night, but haven't had time to try it out, i will tonight and will come back and let you know what i think!
