Default Has anyone heard back from WRMK yet regarding concerns with their CINCH?

I'm not upset or angry at WRMK or anything like that. I've gotten great CS from them in the past. My guess is they are just overwhelmed with inquiries which would be expected with the launch of a new product.

In the past I've gotten response in a matter of hours. It has been a couple of days now. I'm debating whether to just wait longer or resend in case it was overlooked.

Has anyone else heard back?
