Grrrrrrrrrrrr!

I went to use my Cricut for the first time and can't find the power adapter...the one with the box on it. I have the power cord. Grrrrr.
I don't think I threw it out because I still have the box it came in. Was it packed in the styrofoam..if so, it's gone. Grrrrr.

Hope I can buy this from Cricut. I'll call them today.Grrrrr.

Provo Craft has an excellant customer service dept......call them and tell them yours came with out and I am sure with your reciept, they will sned you one....I think you would have to order it thru thier website anyway under replacement parts. It's worth a try

Another possibility? Check a specialty store such as Radio Shack - I heard of someone who lost their power cord to their cutting machine (not a Cricut) and got one that worked at Radio Shack.

I always panic about throwing away the styrofoam in packaging...seems like they always put so many things in it.

My dh did that with our new camping grill. The ignition starter was in the styrofoam packing and he threw it away. Coleman was very good about sending us a replacement part, free of charge! I would try Provo Craft and see what they can do for you.

I emailed them this morning and tried calling all day. They were having problems with the phone lines. When I got home I found an email asking me for the serial number and contact info so they could get one sent out to me.

Cool. I am a happy camper now.

You have to love the companies who really give good customer service. I have had to deal with one lately that was a total nightmare. I am so glad that they are sending you a new one. Also sorry though that you have to wait.
