I ordered a new cutting blade from her over a year ago. I got my email confirmation, never received product. Tried to contact her email, phone messages and no luck. It really upsets me, cuz there really is no other place to by a replacement blade that I know of and I at this point would not want to give her my business. I bought this cutting trimmer when the wait list was over a year or more. So good luck trying to contact her and if you ever do have her call me!!! haha

I've read so many threads about the Genesis through the years, and how much people love this cutter. I was always appalled at how much it cost, and would never have purchased one for that reason.

I'm sad to see that the company may have gone out of business, and that all those people who might need parts for this expensive cutter may not be able to get replacements.

I too hope she is still in business. I just found her site again and saw that all the trimmers are not currently in stock. This doesn't seem to be a good sign. I read somewhere on the internet that Bonnie was having health issues earlier this year.

I have been thinking about getting one of these trimmers for years but was always daunted by the price but I finally decided that I should probably get one since I never seem to be happy with the trimmers I have had in the past. Currently using a Fiskars rotary and it is just OK, it actually cuts pieces about 1/8" inch off what it should be cutting.

Lets all hope we can still get this stuff! If I hear from her, I might end up buying and extra blade just so I have it 20 years from now when I need to replace it. ;D
