Default Gemini Foil Press Plates with Glimmer Foil

Was just about to order an expensive set of Gemini Foil Press plates to use in my Spellbinders Glimmer Foil System. I looked at the size of the die and it was longer than the hot surface of my Glimmer foil. Does anyone know if a longer plate can still be used? TIA❤

Wow I have never even considered the size. I just got a foil die in and now I will have to check it. Considering that the metal die must heat up the only way you might be able to use it is to buy a bigger machine. OUCH!!!

I check the sizes of the hot foil die now. But there are some Gemini foil dies that have an all over design. Spellbinders just have one with random dots. And the Gemini ones are too expensive to do a trial thing. But I will tell you that the smaller dies that fit foil very well in my Spellbinders.
TU for your response♥️
