Default Full Heart Punch

Has anyone had problems with their Stampin Up Full Heart punch? I tried to use mine with the new stamp set and I could not get it to punch through the SU card stock. Any ideas?

Thanks
Rebecca

Hi, Rebecca.

That doesn't sound right!

Every now and then a defective item slips through the cracks, but it could be an easy fix.... I would try punching through wax paper and tin foil to see if that will help get some of the manufacturing residue off of your punch and sharpen it a bit. If that little trick doesn't work, I would contact your demonstrator. S/he may be able to try another trick or two or can call Demonstrator Support to get it replaced for you.

Best of luck to you!

Kristi

Try putting it in the freezer for about 15-30 minutes. I thought the idea was a crock but it does work.
