In a previous thread I said I had just bought one of these and was having trouble using it.
I've decided it's not what I need/want so want to return it to JoAnn's. Because there's nothing actually wrong with it, will Joann's accept the return? What's your experience in something like that? I don't want to make a fairly long round trip to take it back if they won't accept it.
If you have your receipt, you should have no problem. You really don't have to have an explanation but if you are asked, just say it wasn't what you expected or it didn't work for your project. I have never had a problem with at return to the several JoAnn's shops in my area.
